2 more

Two more penciled pages for BloodRed. This book has been slow coming lately. With the health issues i had, family stuff going on, and all this sci fi tech! Each page has a new environment. I need to design everything from a simple light post to a subway system. Designing future tech has always been a weakness of mine, which is partly why i chose to do a book on Mars. Strikes and Gutters.
Also, the flashback pages with no blacks force me to draw more than usual. No where to hide info in the graphic shapes that I'm used to.

Mike, lets hope the inks add to the line-work, if they do, i may be on to something ;)
Chris, it feels really good to hear that things are FINALLY pulling together for me. It feels like I'm getting somewhere. Refresh me on our deal? Work along side right? Ring me, or AIM me. It's been a minute.

I too await my progress. Unfortunately, life is a constant uphill battle. Tonight my front line assault begins!

pencil boy. I like how you are handling her eyes..

Eyes are a constant struggle. Trying to understand how they work and then cartoon them. I'm glad they look OK, cause i just feel like a big fat liar when i draw them. I guess i know how to lie pretty well ;)

Hi Shawn. So glad you hit me up on my blog. These pencils are strikingly beautiful. I see that you are getting more comfortable with both the enivronments and characters. Once your done with this book you won't have any trouble sci fi environments.
